The women’s workshops continues with the preseason work to face the 2023 competition in the AFA Primera B. The Matadoras began their work at the Amadeo Nuccetelli High Performance Sports Center, with presentations by coach Miqueas Russo and members of his coaching staff.
In the first days of tasks, evaluations, medical and nutritional analyzes are carried out, as well as field and gym activities. The agenda contemplates the main stage of the physical demand in the CARD, and the programming of friendly matches prior to the start of the competition.
The team announced three new faces for this new stage, in addition to some other youth that were added from different clubs of the Cordoba League. The reinforcements are Agustina Ruffino, Nara Orquera and Cleo Santos.
This Monday, the team received a special visit from Paulina Gramaglia, a former player of the club who joined the work with permission from the Houston Dash, the team that owns their pass and who has just bought it from UAI Urquiza. The forward has not yet defined her future, if she will return to the United States or if she will play on loan at another club.
