Queen Camilla, Princess Anne and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, chose green for their Easter service appearances held at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.
Royal editor Afua Hagan told the Express that the green color they chose was a sign of support for the king and Kate Middleton because it is synonymous with British cancer charity Macmillan Cancer Support.
“Yes, I think that might be the reason, yes, I might agree to that,” he said characteristically.

She also wore an emerald and diamond brooch from Queen Elizabeth II’s jewelry collection, which wasn’t one of her favorites, Tatler reports. She inherited it from her grandmother, Queen Mary who was photographed wearing it in the early 1900s.”
