The café is one of the most drunk drinks in the world. Even though many people drink it every day, coffee has a bad reputation when it comes to health. How much coffee should you drink per day to be healthy?
The specialist adds that drinking coffee would reduce the risk of myocardial infarction but also of stroke. Coffee is also said to be good for the heart, as other studies show that it helps reduce cardiac arrhythmias.
But to take advantage of its benefits, you should drink a certain number of them per day. The doctor therefore explains that studies show that positive effects coffee are located between one and four cups per day. Before adding: “At four cups a day, you are less likely to die from cardiovascular disease. »
But it doesn’t stop there! Dr. Jimmy Mohammed also claims that coffee “ reduces mortality generally speaking, all causes combined. And other studies show that these protective effects are also valid on the brain, on the liver and that coffee also reduces the risk of certain cancers. »
It should be added that what is most harmful to the body in coffee is everything we put in it. Cream, milk, sugar, syrup… It is therefore best to avoid them.
So don’t deprive yourself of drinking coffee, as long as you don’t exceed four cups per day!
