It is known that the first person to discover the incident was Mr. D. Accordingly, at regarding 3:30 p.m. on October 13, Mr. D was swimming in a fishing boat in the Red River when he saw a piece of a human body.
According to this man, he saw part of a human leg floating on the water, regarding 30 meters from the shore. After that, he continued to detect the head near the shore.
Searching further, Mr. D found the victim’s body wrapped tightly, hidden under many rocks. In particular, the area where this body is hidden is poured on a layer of cement.

Through initial examination, authorities said the body was female, regarding 30 years old, regarding 1m60 tall. Some identifying characteristics of the victim are black hair, regarding 35cm long; pink lip tattoo, brown eyebrow tattoo; right leg tattooed with a blue-black lotus flower; Nails painted white, toenails painted blue.
Information from some residents said that the victim lived near the Red River, had gone missing for regarding a week, and the body showed signs of being affected by external forces.
Currently, the major crime team of the Hanoi City Police Criminal Police Department is investigating and clarifying the cause of the incident.
