The story of the article that caused the dismissal of the late editor-in-chief of Al-Riyadh newspaper Turki Al-Sudairi • Al-Marsad newspaper

Al-Marsad newspaper: Two colleagues of the late journalist writer Turki Al-Sudairy revealed the reason for his dismissal from the editor-in-chief of Al-Riyadh newspaper.

One of Al-Sudairy’s colleagues said, during an interview with “Al-Ikhbaria” channel, that the late Turki Al-Sudairi was dismissed as editor-in-chief of Al-Riyadh newspaper in 1981.

He pointed out: “My Turk – may God have mercy on him – was sharp-tempered at times, and when I contacted him regarding a matter of affairs, I found him not to respond immediately.”

In the same context, another colleague stated that Al-Sudairy’s dismissal came following the publication of a news item in Al-Riyadh newspaper that did not name her, which angered him.
