Bic realized in 2021 a net profit group share of 314.2 million euros, while this was only 93.7 million a year earlier. Operating income came to 452 million, i.e. a multiplication by almost 3 compared to 2020. Turnover was up by 15.9% at constant exchange rates, at 1.83 billion euros , including 436.8 million (+4.1%) in the last quarter. The Lighters division (approximately 40% of activity) grew by 20.3%, once morest +3% for Shavers and -5.6% for other products.

Coface
Coface published a record net profit group share of 223.8 million euros for the 2021 financial year, i.e. a multiplication by 2.7 in one year. Government plans had a negative impact on pre-tax income of 160 million euros, including 103 million in the last quarter. The annual combined ratio thus reached 64.6%. The net loss ratio, however, improved by 14.4 points to 33.3%. Turnover grew by 8.3% to 1.57 billion euros.

Eiffage continues to actively manage its PPP portfolio by selling five projects to Quaero Capital. Eiffage recently completed the following disposals in the field of education and research in France: 80% of the capital and the current accounts of the companies Cologen and NPBS, respectively holders of the PPP contracts for 3 colleges in the Var and University of Lorraine in Nancy; and 85% of the capital and the current accounts of the companies Eiffinov, Melaudix and Melotech, respectively holders of the PPP contracts of the universities of Lille, Aix-Marseille and Lorraine in Metz.
Exel Industries
Exel Industries today finalized the acquisition of 100% of the Italian company GF Garden following having lifted all the conditions precedent. GF Garden becomes a subsidiary of Exel Industries and will operate jointly with the brands of the Garden division of the group: Hozelock, Tricoflex and Berthoud. The GF Garden site in Corregio in the Emilia Romagna region joins the group with all of its employees.

M6
M6 made a profit of 280.8 million euros in 2021, up 1.5% over one year and 63.4% over two years. Ebita meanwhile increased by 28% compared to 2020, to 346.7 million euros. The audiovisual group also generated consolidated revenue of 1.39 billion euros, up 9.2%. He was thus able to count on the 16% increase in multimedia revenues, which exceeded their pre-crisis level (+2.7%), even reaching their highest historical level.

Neoen’s turnover amounted to 333.6 million euros in 2021, up 12%, including an increase of 22% to 90.9 million euros in the fourth quarter. At constant exchange rates, it increased by 10%. “This growth is mainly explained by the contribution of the assets commissioned during the year 2020 and in 2021,” explained the renewable energy producer. Electricity production reached 4.9 TWh in 2021, up 12%.
