The company announced on Wednesday evening excellent efficacy and safety results after one year of treatment in the phase 2b maintenance study of ABX464 in ulcerative colitis. “Final preparations for the international Phase 3 clinical program with ABX464 in UC are underway, with enrollment of the first patients planned for the third quarter of 2022,” added Abivax.
