The State, municipalities and notaries facilitate the deed of properties of Coahuilenses

The State Government highlighted that together with the Saltillo City Council and public notaries they are facilitating the process of deeding real estate in order to give legal certainty to the people of Coahuila.

In an event held this Wednesday, state housing authorities and representatives of public notaries, the State Governor pointed out that all those who legally process their deeds become owners of a piece of Coahuila and Mexico.

Also present at this heritage and legal certainty event were Miguel Ángel Leal Reyes, general director of CERTTURC del Estado; Sergio Mier Campos, General Director of the Coahuila Registry and Cadastral Institute; Ricardo Flavio Aguirre Gutiérrez, general director of the State Housing Commission; Armando Luna Canales, president of the College of Notaries in the State of Coahuila; as well as representatives of various social sectors.
