The Directorate of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Naryn region established that the senior investigator of the internal affairs department of the Zhumgal region, senior lieutenant of militia T.T.T. illegally carried out investigative measures once morest a resident of the Zhumgal district Zh.BA, including by physical assault. On this fact, the investigative department of the Department of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Naryn region initiated criminal cases on the grounds of crimes under Art. 346 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic “Official forgery” and on the grounds of crimes under Art. 338 part 2. p.1., p.2. Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic “Excess of power”.
Within the framework of this criminal case, by the decision of the investigating judge of the Naryn city court, the senior investigator of the internal affairs department of the Zhumgal region, senior police lieutenant T.T.T. temporarily suspended from his post.
At present, the Office of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region is carrying out appropriate investigative and operational measures.
