The star, Ward Al-Khal, reveals the truth about her entry into the field of singing

The Lebanese singer, Ward Al-Khal, revealed the fact that she entered the field of singing, following her recent participation in a song entitled Najmat Al-Milad with Youssef Al-Khal, Nicole Saba and Bassem Rizk.

Al-Khal said in her interview with “Sky News Arabia”: “I have nothing to do with singing. I only employ singing in the field of acting.”

She justified this by saying, “The actor’s role is to know everything, and to take advantage of the hobbies that are available to him. Acting is a wide world, and the actor must have skills in order to employ them according to the role he plays.”

And regarding the reason for her participation in the song “The Christmas Star” and its purpose, she added: “The song was special on the occasion of Christmas and was the idea for an episode of the “Najmat Al-Nat” program, and its aim is “to be a family,” describing it as “a nice act; It was written by my brother Youssef Al-Khal.

Bold role

The Lebanese actress touched on her dramatic activity, as she participates in the third part of the series “For Death 3”, which is expected to be shown during the next Ramadan race, directed by the Lebanese Philip Asmar.

Ward spoke in her interview with “Sky News Arabia” regarding the scenes of her role in the series, noting that “the role she plays is bold, which is the main factor for her agreement to participate in the work, and then comes following the role the success achieved by the work in the past two seasons, considering that the main reason for her participation At work is the role and its space.

And she continued, “The series has come a long way from adventure in the past two parts, but the third part is also an adventure.”

And she went on: “If there was no new idea for the work, those in charge of it would not have thought of a third part, because that would be a high level of risk,” as she put it, hoping that the third part would be “better in level, especially since the entire work team did its best.”

And regarding the scenes of filming, the Lebanese actress revealed that “there is harmony between her and the two stars, Maggie Bou Ghosn, and Daniela Rahma.”

And she added, “Maggie is a friend of mine, and Daniela I met her for the first time during work, but we developed friendship and chemistry quickly.”

And she affirms, “The two Lebanese stars are excited regarding the character that I present, because my role is the main driver of work in the third part, which is what the audience will see on the screen.”

Egyptian drama

As for the Egyptian drama, and the reason for her absence from it following her participation in two series: Asmahan, which was an Egyptian-Syrian production, and the series “We Lie If We Say We Don’t Love You” with the well-known Egyptian artist Yousra, she said, “I wish to participate in any Egyptian work, even though the Asmahan series was a production.” Sorel Masril, however, I touched a high level of professionalism, because Egypt is the Hollywood of the East and is advanced in the film and drama industry and will add me as an actress.

My personal life is a red line

Regarding her position on competition, the Lebanese artist believes that competition makes a person always show his best, and she adds: “Competition is an essential thing in our field, and there is nothing more beautiful than competition when it is on a professional level; it is not necessary that every competition be beneficial.”

She points out that the artist’s display of his entire personal life on social media platforms gives the right to ordinary people to interfere in his life. Therefore, the artist should not share the scenes of his personal life on social networking sites.

In the context, al-Khal points out the need for the artist to know “when to speak and when to be silent, what can be shown, and what can be hidden,” stressing that “these matters are due to the nature of the artist’s personality.”

She continued: “I like to share with the audience things outside of acting that make them see me with respect, and I remain a beautiful example for them, and not the other way around.

My wish for earthquake victims

And regarding her hobby in leisure days and the places she prefers to travel, Ward Al-Khal said: “My hobbies: reading, sports, drawing, traveling, seeing nature, warm regions and cities, and traveling to Europe; I love its streets and shops.”

At the end of her interview with Sky News Arabia, the Lebanese actress wished her and her family good health, and the work of useful artwork for her as an actress.

On the public level, the uncle hoped that “peace will prevail on earth following the catastrophe of the earthquakes that shook Turkey, Syria and Lebanon, and that some leaders who control the reins of the earth’s affairs will understand that nothing will benefit amid all these calamities that are happening in the world.”
