The sponsorship fell: they explain why the Metro got off the movie when they knew that Anita Alvarado would act

In a new edition of “I care regarding you”, a podcast hosted by Gonzalo Sepúlveda, the actor Alejandro Trejo revealed an old cahuín that links Anita Alvarado to the film “Los debutantes”.

It is a production directed by Andrés Waissbluth and starring Antonella Ríos, Néstor Cantillana and the aforementioned interpreter, and which was even a candidate for the Goya and Oscar awards in 2003.

The plot of this film points to the story of two brothers who move to Santiago from Temuco and get to know the nightclubs, in this way one of them falls in love with the lover of the leader of the place.

It was in this context that Trejo recalled Anita’s participation and commented that “she joined the film and some of the sponsors, upon finding out that she was going to be there, even with a very small character, get out of the film and tell the producer that they are not going to participate in a product where a person of dubious reputation is present”.

However, the actor highlighted the attitude of the “Geisha”. “There were scenes that took place in the Metro and they got off (from the film), so later they were filmed on top of a bus. Other sponsors who were going to provide the food also got off and she said, ‘well, if there’s that much of a problem, I’ll provide the food.’ Which is not minor for a month-long shoot with a large team, so we ate a lot of Cuban food, ”she commented with a laugh.
