Attorney Yehezkel did not have a romantic relationship with Mr. Himi, but had a working relationship with him that gradually developed into a family-like relationship. The claim that the working relationship revolved around one single case is not close to reality.

“Everyone knows everyone and the pain and complexity in dealing with such matters between acquaintances is self-evident. It’s not for nothing that most of the sources in the article asked to remain anonymous and not to be revealed.
Regarding the duties of a defense attorney as a representative or advisor – the limits and rules are clear, all the agents on behalf of Hami who contacted me in the last year received the same answer according to which: those who request evidence during an investigation should contact the police and notify the existence or suspicion of the existence of evidence that is needed in their case and they will collect it, instead that there are such, subject to the law.
Over the past two decades, my office has handled some of the most complex, complicated and sensitive cases and, among other things, major affairs and key figures in the Israeli public sphere, all of which, as mentioned, were handled professionally, sensitively and thoroughly while maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the clients. This will also be the case in this case.”
