The son of LOVA chairman Maksym Kozytskyi died

Due to a serious illness, 18-year-old Zinovii Kozytskyi, the son of the head of the Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi, died. That’s what he’s about reported in the morning of July 24.

“My son Zinova passed away as a result of a serious illness. He was burning with life and dreams, and we were living them! There are no words, no peace, only grief that breaks the heart,” the official announced.

The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 24, at 7:00 p.m. in the Church of the Holy Trinity in Lviv (11-A Tershakovtsiv St.).

The funeral service will be held in the same church on Thursday, July 25, at 2:00 p.m.

As they add in Ukrainian Catholic University, 18-year-old Zinovii Kozytskyi was a student of the Cultural Studies program. Shortly after admission, the boy was diagnosed with oncology.

“Parents, friends, doctors desperately fought for the boy’s life. But, unfortunately, the disease won… Despite the terrible diagnosis, Zinova fought to the end: he studied, underwent treatment, and did not lose faith. The teachers remember Zinoviy as a bright and strong person, he bravely endured suffering,” the UCU notes.

It is known that Maksym Kozytskyi together with his wife Oksana raised two children: the eldest son Zinoviy and daughter Sofia.
