While the official presentation of the Oppo Find X6 and X6 Pro has still not been announced, we already have a better idea of what the most expensive model will look like thanks to a stolen photo.
We have known for several months now what the Oppo Find X6 will look like thanks to an image unveiled by the famous leaker Evan Blass, but we also had the opportunity to see renders of the Find X6 Pro. The latter will adopt this year a huge circular photo module on the backe, a completely different design compared to the previous Find X5 Pro.
A netizen has just posted a stolen photo of the Find X6 Pro on Weibo, which therefore confirms previous reports. The circular photo module seems to occupy almost the entire width of the smartphone, and several mentions are present around the sensors. The camera is obviously always designed in partnership with the photo specialist Hasselbladand the Image processing will be provided by a MariSilicon chip.
The Oppo Find X6 Pro should become one of the best photophones of 2023
Unlike previous years, Oppo has opted for giant sensors for its high-end smartphone. Indeed, we will find a Sony IMX989 (1 inch) 50 MP main sensor, the same as on the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Vivo X90 Pro Plus. However, the latter will not be as efficient as the version of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which will benefit from a variable aperture.
This sensor will be accompanied by a 50 MP IMX890 for ultra-wide anglethe same as the main camera of the OnePlus 11. Several reports indicate that it will produce the best results for ultra wide-angle in 2023. Finally, to top it off, we will find a 50 MP IMX890 periscope sensor offering 3X optical zoomand up to more than 100X in digital.
We were originally expecting a presentation of the Find X6 and X6 Pro in February, like most of its competitors, but it will probably take wait until the end of March to see the arrival of the two new high-end smartphones. We will of course keep you posted as soon as we know more about them.
