“The Smart Industry Agency supports manufacturers in their “4.0” transition” – White Paper

The move towards digitalization means that industries have to adopt new strategies. It is thus developed from different axes.

However, before adopting a digitization strategy, it is still necessary to know the benefits that this digital shift will allow, especially since this cannot be envisaged without taking into account the human, end user of the proposed solutions and essential link in the success of projects.

The Smart Industry Agency develops its activity mainly around SMEs. Established on three sites in France, it supports around thirty companies each year in their digitalisation.

The president of Smart Industry, Alexandra Desserre, tells us the story of the creation of this agency, before telling us more about the digital shift taken by a large number of industries and their typology. Finally, she gives us a picture of French industry in the light of the changes to come.
