This Thursday, November 24 in “Télématin”, the Swiss singer Stephan Eicher, who recently unveiled his new album “Ode”, confided in the death of his parents during confinement, a “dark” period of his life.
At 62, Stephan Eicher continues to delight his fans since he will be setting off on the roads next January to take them on “arms”. Something that was no longer possible since the emergence of Covid-19. He will notably meet his Parisian public on January 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 at La Cigale. A nice program for those who, as a reminder, have made to know of the general public in the 80s, for his songs and arrangements essentially created from electronic instruments (computers, samplers, sequencers, synths…).
A polyglot artist (he sang in French but also in German, Swiss German, Italian and English), who notably won the Swiss Music Prize in 2021 and was nominated for the César 2004 in the “Best Music” category, for the film Mr N. by Antoine de Caunes (he knows his daughter Emma well).
