The Eastern Directorate of Health Affairs in the Arab Republic of Egypt announced that a groom underwent urgent surgery, following suffering an appendicitis on his wedding night.
Where he directed Dr. Hisham Masoud, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Sharqia, to provide all aspects of medical care to this young man to save his life, following suffering from severe abdominal pain.
“Masoud” added, “Immediately, the case was transferred to Faqous Model Hospital, and the necessary medical examinations and x-rays were performed, and the operating room was opened for urgent surgery.”
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the Eastern Province indicated that the groom’s health condition is stable following leaving the operating room, and he is subject to health care under the supervision of the director of Faqous Model Hospital.
Hisham Masoud thanked the Director of the Critical and Urgent Care Department in the Health Affairs Directorate, the Director of Faqous Model Hospital, and all doctors, nursing staff, technicians and support services, for working with the utmost effort to provide the best service to citizens.
