Al-Marsad Newspaper: Today, Tuesday, the Shura Council approved a proposal for a draft reconciliation system in retribution, which consists of 18 articles, and was submitted in accordance with Article 23 of the council’s system.
The Shura Council clarified, through its Twitter account, that the proposal for the reconciliation system project in retribution; It aims to organize the process of collecting conciliation amounts for retribution, estimating and regulating compensation for retribution in case of premeditated felony and below, and organizing the mechanism for paying the conciliation amount for retribution and the parties concerned with organizing it.
In addition to defining the procedures resulting from reconciliation, the relations between the various relevant authorities, and raising the level of awareness among members of society, regarding the provisions for collecting the amount of reconciliation for retribution, and the importance of forgiveness for the sake of God.
