According to Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shoaib Shaheen, on the order of the Supreme Court, the election commission has so far collected the affidavits of 37 out of 41 MNAs, while four members might not collect them due to being abroad.

Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry heard this application on Thursday, when PTI lawyers stated that Member National Assembly Amir Sultan has returned home safely, so they want to withdraw this application. On this basis, the court has disposed of the application.

MNA Jamshed Dasti said in his video message that the police are raiding his house and trying to arrest him. However, they have not been arrested yet.

Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shoaib Shaheen while talking to Independent Urdu said that the Supreme Court ordered the PTI members to submit their affidavits to the Election Commission for re-joining the Tehreek-e-Insaf in the case of specific seats.

He said, “After getting certain seats to the PTI, the ruling alliance no longer has a two-thirds majority in the National Assembly, due to which it will not be able to legislate as it wants, therefore the members of the Tehreek-e-Insaaf are being harassed.” is so that they change their loyalties.’

According to Shoaib Shaheen, ‘All our MLAs are united, no matter how much pressure they put, they cannot leave PTI. On Thursday, 37 members are submitting their affidavits to the Election Commission. While four members might not give the affidavit due to being abroad. “They are submitting the affidavits of their members in the provincial assemblies. They will also be submitted soon.”

Umar Ayub, the leader of the opposition in the National Assembly, while talking to the media, said that the decision regarding the specific seats of the Supreme Court is not being implemented. We appeal to the Supreme Court to implement this decision.
