The seminar “Disaster-resistant communities” held in Oru’s cultural corridor talked regarding how communities may put together for crises and the way to deal with crises.

Tarmo Voltein and Hannes Aasma from the Rescue Board gave an summary of the threats that communities can face – from pure forces to navy crises.
