The expansion of the service center will not only allow attracting new IT talents, but will also provide an opportunity for current SEB employees living in Kaunas to work from a modern and comfortable office closer to home. Currently, the new Kaunas office, which is located in the heart of the city, has 20 jobs, but considering the growing needs, the number of jobs is planned to be expanded.
“After 16 years of establishment and development of the SEB Group service center in Lithuania, we are taking a new important step – we are opening the doors of the Technology Center in the second largest city in Lithuania. Although the number of office jobs is still small, we will consider the possibility of expanding it if we see a greater need for employees in Kaunas”, says Rasa Lapinskaitė, head of the SEB group service center.
