The search for the perfect potato goulash – greetings from the kitchen

The potato goulash is a child of the crisis, and I can well imagine that it started as a kind of joke. “Just another potato goulash!” a Viennese worker might have cried out in despair in the early 20th century when once once more he was not served meat but only paprika potatoes. A new dish was born.
