For the second day in a row, searches continue in the wider area of the Eupalinei tunnel, to find the 64-year-old Dutch tourist, who has been missing since yesterday afternoon, after she was reported missing.
After her mobile phone was found late yesterday, searches today focused on the area where it was found.
The main hiking route, as well as the points of tourist interest, were searched, unfortunately to no avail.
The EL-AS take part in the investigations, with patrols and investigations in the area and in the urban fabric, the Fire Service with the 14th EMODE and the IKAROS drone team, the EOD with a pedestrian section, the rescue dog Speedy, (who has been injured in feet from the effort) and the DAIDALOS drone team.
Investigations are ongoing.
