The Nationwide Meeting Secretariat has modified the schedule of election of Speaker and Deputy Speaker. The PML-N has nominated Ayaz Sadiq because the candidate for the speaker of the Nationwide Meeting, whereas the PPP has nominated Ghulam Mustafa Shah because the deputy speaker.
The opening session of the Nationwide Meeting shall be held at 10 am within the Parliament Home by which the newly elected members of the meeting will take oath, the previous speaker of the Nationwide Meeting Raja Pervez Ashraf will administer the oath to the newly elected members and after the oath all of the members will signal the register.
After taking the oath of the members of the Nationwide Meeting, step one would be the election of Speaker and Deputy Speaker. Needed to be counted.
Nevertheless, it has now been knowledgeable by the Nationwide Meeting Secretariat that the Speaker and Deputy Speaker will submit their nomination papers at the moment earlier than 12 midday and the election of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Nationwide Meeting shall be held on Friday, March 1.
The PML-N has nominated Ayaz Sadiq because the candidate for the speaker of the Nationwide Meeting, whereas the Individuals’s Get together has nominated Ghulam Mustafa Shah because the deputy speaker.
Nobody has been nominated by the Sunni Ittehad Council, whereas JUI has not but determined whether or not it’ll vote for the PML-N candidate or subject its personal candidate.
