The Savelovsky Court of Moscow fined VimpelCom, which owns Beeline, for showing a film with LGBT scenes without the necessary labeling. Last week, the company already received a fine under the same article.
“The court fined VimpelCom a million rubles for a film with LGBT scenes without the 18+ label,” RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the courtroom.
Previously, film services and TV channels received similar fines. Thus, TV-3 channel received fine in four million for “spreading information regarding LGBT people to minors.”
