Jeddah: Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will cancel the booking of domestic pilgrims who delay in paying the second installment of Hajj fee on time. The deadline for payment of the second installment has expired. Payment for booking is through ‘Sadad’ system only. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah also said that the deadline for the third prayer is May 1 (before 10 Shawwal).

If the booking is canceled due to non-payment of the second payment, Hajj can be re-booked depending on the availability of seats. Packages can be found according to the seats available in each package. Hajj booking can only be done by those who have a valid national identity card or Iqama. Once the Hajj package fee payment and booking is completed, the Ministry of Home Affairs will start issuing permits from Shawwal 15 (May 5). A message will be sent to the applicant with the permit number issued. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah also informed that the applicant can print the Hajj permit through the ‘Abshir’ platform.

Ministry of Hajj Umrah said that if anyone wants to cancel their booking, they can view all the details regarding booking cancellation and refund on the home page of the e-site for domestic pilgrims.
