A new Tesla made in Russia has just seen the light of day. Indeed, the Russian manufacturer Avtotor has joined forces with the Moscow Polytechnic Institute to present its first electric car category L7.
This Monday, December 18, the project was presented, as reported by the media RB.ru. You should know that the project is still at the testing stage. Which means that it is still evolving.
This is also good news, because its design does not seem to be unanimously accepted! Indeed, this prototype of the Russian Tesla has caused a lot of reaction on the web.
In just a few days, this new electric car has become the laughing stock of the internet. The problem ? Its design is reminiscent of another car that was thought to have disappeared.
Indeed, the new Russian Tesla has looks like a Fiat Multipla. As a reminder, this minivan built and marketed between the end of the 90s and 2010 was not the most beautiful thing…
Internet users therefore immediately made the link between the new Russian Tesla and this car model which had marked a generation. And for good reason ! It has the same body shape. But above all the bloated hood and the very small headlights.
On social networks, Internet users did not fail to react to this news. And the least we can say is that the design of this Russian Tesla is not unanimous.

Following the presentation of the new Russian Tesla, the reactions were quick! Many internet users compared the car to the Fiat Multipla. As a reminder, the latter is far from being a benchmark in terms of successful design.

Barely revealed, the new Russian Tesla is already entitled to its page on the same famous site 9gag. A user posted a photo of the old Fiat Multipla and added the caption: “Finally a worthy opponent. The battle will be legendary.”

The small headlights of the Russian Tesla have not escaped Internet users. One of them wrote: “This is my face when I wake up in the morning following two hours of sleep.”
Another wonders if this model is a cousin of the Fiat Multiplia. In short, suffice to say that the design of this new car is not at all to the taste of Internet users.
