The actions of the Russian defender of the Ottawa Senators Artem Zub in the NHL regular season match with the Florida Panthers led to a brawl involving all field players who were on the ice.

In the middle of the third period, the Tooth held a rough power reception once morest Florida forward Jivani Smith, pushed him in the back on board. In response, Smith rushed to Zub to get through, but Ottawa forward Mark Kastelic rushed to the defense of the Russian. As a result, all field players on the ice took part in the fight.

Tooth ended up getting off with a two-minute penalty, Smith with a four-minute penalty, and Kastelic with a ten-minute penalty. This was not the first fight in the game. For the entire match, the judges wrote out 166 penalty minutes for two teams: the Panthers – 78 minutes, the Senators – 88. In the third period, the Ottawa coach even received a removal.

The meeting eventually ended with a score of 7:2 in favor of “Florida”.
