The Russian occupying army began to use the North Korean Bulsae-4 long-range self-propelled anti-tank missile system against Ukraine. In particular, one such complex was detected by the Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance in one of the directions, when it was in an open area.
About this write Military.
The Bulsae-4 can engage targets beyond line of sight at a distance of more than 10 km. Some sources estimate the damage range of this complex to be 10-25 km. This makes it possible to attack armored vehicles from a safe distance for the complex itself.
The Bulsae-4 launcher consists of a rotating package of eight rocket containers. An electro-optical head is used to guide the missile in combination with command guidance via a fiber optic cable. Thanks to this, the operator of the complex carries out manual video control. During the flight of the missile, it sees all the folds of the terrain, all the objects and can bypass obstacles and hit the target beyond direct visibility or even behind cover.
Permanent video contact allows you to retarget in case of detection of a higher priority target and achieve high accuracy of damage at the maximum range from the first shot

It will be recalled that at the beginning of June, Bloomberg reported that North Korea sent about 5 million artillery shells of various calibers to Russia by rail.
