The Rossel Group launches Young Active Urban (YAU), a new national media network

With more than 1.1 million Belgians, the target group of young urban workers, made up of professionally active urban dwellers or students aged 18 to 35, is a target group highly sought following by advertisers. To enable advertisers to reach this target in its environment, the Rossel Group is setting up the Young Active Urban (YAU) national media network. With this new national offer, the Rossel Group brings together its media brands dedicated to the target of young urban workers: Metro, Out, Geeko, Belgium iPhone, Kotplanet, Cinenews and Streamnews; and thus positions itself as a national leader on this target.

The best way to reach young urban workers is to address them to the heart of their areas of interest, namely hobbies such as streaming, cinema, going out, lifestyle, fashion, e-sport or even student life, the environment, mobility, technology, etc. With the brands associated with the launch of YAU, each a leader in its field, the Rossel Group addresses these different centers of interest.

By bringing together the brands Metro (the free information brand) and Kotplanet (the site entirely dedicated to student life), but also Geeko (site for new technologies and Geek culture), Belgium iPhone (site for Apple world), Out (cultural agenda), Cinenews (reference site on cinema) and Streamnews (streaming news site), the Rossel Group occupies a unique position on the target of young urban workers, both for Belgium French-speaking than Dutch-speaking.
