Through the official YouTube channel for the production company Aniplex, a new promotional video was shared for the anime adaptation of the comedy and romance manga written and illustrated by Smoked Yanagida, Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko! (Tomo-chan Is a Girl!). In this new advance it is announced that the series will premiere on January 4, 2023 on television stations in Japan. It should be remembered that this project will be distributed in the West through Crunchyroll.
In this new trailer it was also revealed that the closing theme song will be titled “grandma*love” and will be performed by the voice actresses Rie Takahashi, Rina Hidaka y Sally Amaki.
