The Rolling Stones have announced a European tour for their 60th anniversary. The rockers will indeed launch on the European and British roads this summer and have already shared the dates to come.

After teasing their fans at length last week, the legendary musicians will mark their six-decade career with the “SIXTY” tour, a series of shows that will begin in Madrid on June 1 before heading to Munich, Liverpool, Amsterdam, Bern , Milan, London, Brussels, Vienna, Lyon, Paris, Gelsenkirchen, and Stockholm.

Following their acclaimed ‘No Filter’ tour, ‘SIXTY’ will see Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Woods make their highly anticipated return to the UK, including Liverpool where they will perform their first gig in 50 years. This will be followed by two concerts in Hyde Park, London, for the British Summer Time festival.

“Sorry to keep you waiting but the wait is over,” said Keith Richards. “I’ve always said the best place to rock and roll is to be on stage with the Stones, and this year is very special. I can’t wait to rehearse with Mick and Ronnie and some friends, it’s all up and running. . See you soon.”

For his part, Ronnie Wood added: “When I observe the crowd in Europe, I see only smiles. It is heartwarming and I am delighted to make people happy every time we play for them. I can’t wait to get on stage with the guys.”
