The number of self-employed now exceeds 4 million, more than half of whom are self-employed, indicates the latest report from Urssaf, at the end of 2022. Ten years ago, they were 1 million less. With the trivialization of remote work and pluriactivity, the rise of the self-employed has passed through the doors of companies, whether it is to assume an increase in activity, provide the recruit or the missing expertise or develop an innovative project. Nearly a quarter (23%) of autoentrepreneurs and 6.7% of traditional self-employed are also salaried.

Today, 15% of our turnover is generated by independents. »

More than a thousand freelancers in the digital professions working mainly in large groups responded to the Comet networking platform and thus named Allianz as The Best Freelancer Place to Work 2023 for “team integration”L’Oreal for “the overall experience” and Societe Generale “for recognition, feedback”.
