From September 17 to 23, 2024, during Milan Fashion Week, WUF We Understand the Future presents The RIP Issue, a special and collaborative edition of WUF Magazine, which shines a spotlight on the one hundred creative projects destined to leave an indelible mark on the future. The title of the issue is taken from the acronym for Radical Iconography Production, which describes the multidisciplinary creative laboratory and record label formed around the artistic practice of Jesse Draxler. Exploring the intersections between image, sound and artistic identity, The RIP Issue touches on themes of transformation, alienation and human experience, and challenges the conventions of contemporary iconography by drawing on the experiences of the curators and artists invited to collaborate on its production.
