In its last agreement of 2022, the plenary of members of the Court of Accounts of the province unanimously elected Oscar Marcos Biagioni to serve as president in the present exercise. It was postulated by the outgoing owner, Sergio Beccari, according to the resolution that accounts for the act. The second article of the minutes thanks Beccari “for the management carried out as President of the Court of Auditors from 9-15-2021 to date (December 29).
Biagioni had, last year, fictitious approval from the Legislature for the new period as member of the Court of Accounts.
The act also establishes the order of succession of members in the event of the eventual and/or unforeseen excuse, absence or transitory or temporary impediment of the Member in office of the Presidency. The first will be Lisandro Villar, the second Beccari, in third place the brand new member Marcelo Luis Terenzio and lastly María del Carmen Crescimanno who has an expired mandate and who may continue in office until a replacement is appointed.
Regarding replacement, Governor Omar Perotti has already released the background of the candidate, Flavia Acuña from Galvense. In any case, from various political sectors of the Legislature they have already anticipated that they are willing to reject this statement. The topic will be reactivated in February.
