I repeat what I said earlier – it makes no sense to compare Tecno Phantom X2 Pro with the flagship from Samsung, the models perform in completely different classes, however, like brands. But I’m curious that Tecno ordered a custom camera from Samsung (GNV model), the lens consists of seven glass lenses, there is ISOCELL 3.0 technology inside. ISOCELL GNV module is used, it can be customized and very fine. Before that, Chinese companies used such a module in their flagships, for example, we see Vivo X80 with it. Matrix size 1/1.3 inch, pixel size 1.2µm. At the presentation of the Phantom X2 Pro, the camera was shown in different conditions and showed very interesting pictures. But now is the time to compare it with the camera that Samsung uses in its flagship.
I will not describe how the votes were distributed under each pair of shots, since only two shots with Phantom turned out to be winning. We will discuss this point in the conclusion.

Miracles, of course, happen, but not in this case. The flagship from Samsung has a 50-megapixel module, the flagship from Tecno formally also, and this is a newer custom module from Samsung. And I must say that the Phantom shoots decently for a Chinese flagship in this price category, but is certainly inferior to the same Samsung. The two shots where the Phantom performs noticeably better are night shots of a car and neon signs. In all other cases, a clear advantage is in favor of Samsung.
I cannot say that the results were unexpected. But it is important to fix them, because in three or four years the gap between the flagships of different companies will be reduced. And this is the starting point of what we have in practice today. It is in this capacity that this material should be considered. Thanks for voting!
