Opel is placing orders for the restyled Corsa, which also receives the new electric motor. The old one, on the other hand, does not disappear.
The Corsa cru 2023 arrives in the catalog of the German brand which offers a host of mechanical options. Petrol, electric and even (soon) light hybridization for the German city car which is following in the wake of its French cousin, the Peugeot 208. And once is not always custom, it is good to note that restyling does not rhyme with inflation: the prices do not move for the thermal versions, and the price of the electric variant is barely increasing compared to the previous year. Only the arrival of a 156 hp version changes the situation, but the price difference between the two electrics is so small that it seems almost inconceivable to opt for the first, when the second offers more autonomy and a slightly more powerful engine.

Opel now only offers petrol or electric engines on its Corsa, which abandons the 100 hp BlueHDI. The rival with the diamond, it continues to bet on a diesel engine to seduce the few fleets and professionals who would still like to opt for this advantageous mechanism in terms of CO2.
Aesthetically, remember that the restyling of the Corsa focuses mainly on the front with the Vizor. On board, the instrumentation switches to new Snapdragon hardware that is supposed to be more efficient. LED front lights are now standard, new models of rims and body colors are appearing. As far as finishes are concerned, Opel simplifies things as much as possible with two levels: Corsa and GS. Note also that the 130 hp petrol engine with automatic gearbox is only sold in GS. Same thing on the electric side with a “small” Corsa in the basic finish with the 136 hp engine and the new 156 hp variant in the high GS finish. One more reason to opt for the latter.
