Samsung is still the leader in telephony but the Korean brand has to face Xiaomi and its huge appetite. To fight, Samsung multiplies the launches of devices … including the latest Galaxy M53 5G.
It is not easy to face Xiaomi, the Chinese brand multiplies the announcements of new smartphones. Take, for example, the range Redmi Note 11 which alone includes at least 5 different models. Samsung already has its own strength to contend with, these are the Galaxy M and Galaxy A ranges. After the A13 4G, A13 5G, A33 5G, A53 5G…here is the M53 5G.

The new Samsung Galaxy M53 5G bets on a homemade SoC, the Exynos 1080. It is a mid-range 5G processor, which is therefore not too powerful , but whose objective is to ensure the routine tasks. It comes with a 6+128GB configuration for memory and storage, and powering it all is a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. Like other recent Samsung smartphones, the charger n is not included.
Unlike the Galaxy A13 4G, the Galaxy M53 screen has Super AMOLED technology, with a diagonal of 6.7 inches and Full HD + definition. The refresh rate is 120Hz, with a small hole in the center to house the front camera. We are clearly facing a screen much more qualitative than that of the Galaxy A13, enough to tangle the brushes to understand how the Galaxy ranges co-exist.
At the photo level, the main sensor is 108 megapixels with an f / 1.8 aperture optics, accompanied by an ultra wide angle of 8 megapixels. The other two sensors are accessories, macro and a depth sensor of 2 megapixels each. It comes with Android 12 out of the box and One UI 4.1 interface. In terms of connectivity, it has 5G, WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2.
No price for the moment, but it is very likely that the price will be under 300 euros.
