The renovated building of the Lithuanian Probation and Public Procurement Services opened its doors in Vilnius Business

The value of the project is almost 381 thousand. Eur. Lithuanian probation and public procurement services are already working in the renovated premises.

Kareivius st. Building 1 was completed in 1974. During the entire period of operation, the decoration of the building wore out, the staff offices and rest areas no longer met the needs of the employees, which changed over the years.

“In the real estate portfolio managed by Turto banka, there are a number of buildings of old construction, which we consistently repair and renovate. Most of the buildings are 50 years old and more, so it is natural that during the entire service life the buildings not only became worn out, the energy efficiency parameters deteriorated, but also it became less pleasant for employees to work in such spaces.

Kareivius st. During the renovation of building 1, the water supply and sewage system, electrical installation and air conditioning system were updated. IT network, aesthetic internal and external works were also carried out and the layout of the premises was changed according to the needs of the customers.
