Al-Marsad newspaper: Nutritionist Iman Al-Ayoubi revealed the relationship of vitamin BQQ to “longevity” and its effectiveness in building nerve cells.

Al-Ayoubi said on the Sayidaty program: Vitamin BQ is found in many bacteria and is found in the nuclei of single-cell products such as yeast, as well as in breast milk, kiwi, papaya, spinach, parsley, green pepper, and green tea.

She added that studies have found that this vitamin affects energy transfer and metabolism, and it also protects the body from stress and other things, but a doctor must be consulted before taking it.
