The Syndicate of Musical Professions revealed its relationship with the dancers following they were widely spread in the North Coast concerts, and whether or not the Syndicate gets fees for holding these concerts.
Mansour Hindi, head of the Work Committee of the Syndicate of Musical Professions, said in an exclusive statement to Cairo 24: The dancers are not affiliated with us, and we have no relationship with the dancers of the North Coast. They are affiliated with the Syndicate of Acting Professions and Dr. Ashraf Zaki. And the acting professions, but we are the ones who only belong to the band that accompanies the dancer, and the countries from whom we get fees.

On the other hand, during the last period, the elections for the Board of Directors of the Syndicate of Musical Professions were held, and the artist Helmy Abdel-Baqi swept the elections.
And 32 candidates competed for the membership of 12 seats in the Council of the Syndicate of Musical Professions, and they are: Dr. Ahmed Abul-Magd, Ayman Salem, David Jamei, Ahmed Al-Essawy, Ashraf Al-Saadawi, Khaled Bayoumi, Dr. Reda Ragab, Helmy Abdel-Baqi, Hossam Ezzat, Khaled Al-Ghoul, Khaled Bayoumi, Reda Hanaksh, Saeed Othman, Dr. Sherif Hamdi, Adel Shams, Dr. Adel Mustafa, Dr. Atef Imam, Amer Al-Ajimi, Dr. Alaa Salama, Ali Al-Sharie’i, Amor Shia, Mahmoud Abu Al-Yazid, Muhammad Al-Saeed Omar Al-Khouli, Muhammad Al-Mahlawi, Muhammad Sobhi Hamada Kahla, Mustafa Dagher, Mansour Hindi, Nadia Mustafa, Dr. Muhammad Abdullah.
Members of the Board of Directors of the Syndicate of Musical Professions were won by: Helmy Abdel-Baqi, Ahmed Mohamed Abu Al-Majd, Mohamed Abu Al-Yazid, Khaled Bayoumi, Ahmed Al-Essawy, Nadia Mustafa, Mansour Hindi, Mohamed Abdullah, Mohamed Sobhi, Alaa Salameh, Atef Imam, Ali Abd. Al-Halim, Ahmed Al-Issawy.
