The Region of Western Greece participates in the 88th International Exhibition of Thessaloniki with its own stand, which hosts for the first time also six Municipalities of Western Greece, those of Patras (KEDIP Carnival of Patras), Agrini, Amfilochia, Ilida, Xiromero and Pyrgos.
The PDE stand will be 104 square meters and will be housed in Pavilion 6, stand 4, while the opening hours will be:
· Saturday 07/09 & 14/09: 10:00-22:00
· Sunday: 08/09 & 15/09: 10:00-22:00
The municipalities together with the PDE worked together throughout the summer and proceeded, in addition to their presence at the stand, to the organization of culinary and dance events.
In this light, the Region of Western Greece, as an honored region on Monday 9-9-2024, will participate in the exhibition as follows:
1. Culinary event-Tasting
The culinary event will take place at the stand 6-Gastronomy corner and will last for 60 minutes. The recipes will be executed by the TIF chef on the morning of September 9, 2024 and will be distributed to the public of the exhibition in the afternoon of the same day, around 18.30 pm.
2. Dance patterns
In addition, on the same day at 19.30 pm, dance events will be held by the municipalities of Agrinio and Xiromero in the outside area of pavilion 6.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that at the PDE Pavilion, as every year, this year as well there will be a showcase of local agricultural products.
