PANGURURAN Waspada.co.id – The Samosir Regency Government (Pemkab) received an award for obtaining the highest Regional Incentive Fund (DID) in North Sumatra in 2022.
The award was given directly by the Governor of North Sumatra (Gubsu) Edy Rahmayadi to the Regent of Samosir Vandiko T Gultom at the Top Musrenbang event for the 2024 Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) for North Sumatra (North Sumatra) at the Sartika Dyandra Hotel, Medan City, Wednesday (12/4) ).
Elements of the Provsu Forkopimda, North Sumatra BUMN/BUMD leaders, SKPD leaders, regents/mayors throughout North Sumatra were also present. Implementation of the 2024 RKPD Top Musrenbang carries the theme ‘Synergism and Improving the Quality of Development in the Context of Supporting the Acceleration of Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation’.
Before heading to the location for the Musrenbang implementation, the governor and the entourage of regional heads departed from the official residence to the Musrenbang location at the Santika Dyandra Hotel Convention using a motorized trishaw (Betor) as a way to promote North Sumatra’s unique vehicles.
The opening of the North Sumatra RKPD Musrenbang began with a presentation by the Deputy for Human Development, Society and Culture of the Indonesian Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas Amich Alhumami and the Director General of Regional Administration of the Ministry of Home Affairs Safrizal.
The Governor hopes that this Musrenbang will be able to answer North Sumatra’s development challenges in 2024, where North Sumatra consists of 33 regencies/cities.
Edy also emphasized that programs and policies in 2024 for each region must be in accordance with the priority needs of each region.
“We have to use a bottom-up system, not a top-down system, where all program proposals must be from the regions to the provinces, because they know what their needs are, but of course they have to comply with the provincial RPJMD,” said Edy.
He emphasized that this Musrenbang was the last Musrenbang for Governor Edy Rahmayadi and Deputy Governor Musa Rajekshah for the 2018-2023 leadership period, therefore the Governor asked regional heads to further improve their performance in providing services to the community to create a Dignified North Sumatra.
80 of the 148 proposals from the Samosir Regency Government have been accommodated in the 2024 North Sumatra RKPD Musrenbang, then the documents will be completed on the Musrenbang desk at the next meeting on April 12, 2023 at the same place. (Wol/ward/d2)
