A large number of international and Egyptian cinema stars attended the red carpet at the Red Sea Film Festival in its second session, which is currently being held in Saudi Arabia.
Among the most prominent attendees were the great star Hussein Fahmy and his wife, the artist Yousra and the artist Nelly Karim, and the international Indian artist Shahrukh Khan.
The festival also honored the star Yusra by awarding her the Yusr Award. For her part, Yusra said in her speech following being honored: “I do not know how to thank you for all this love and for this beautiful moment in my life, and that I remain among artists and cinema lovers.”
Yousra thanked her second country, Saudi Arabia, stressing that she was visiting Saudi Arabia before she was the actress, Yousra, pointing out that art and cinema are the memory of humanity and that she is proud of being part of the history of Egyptian and Arab cinema.
The second edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival is witnessing a number of the latest cinema productions, as the world premiere of the movie “Al-Khalat +” directed by Fahd Al-Ammari, inspired by the “Al-Khalat” series, and the movie “A Crossroads”, by the award-winning Lebanese director Lara Saba.
