The centers for receiving in-kind donations identified by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority at the state level witnessed a turnout of donors from citizens and residents who offered their food, hygiene items, clothes and blankets to provide relief to those affected by the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey.
The “Bridges of Good” campaign launched by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Community Development, continues to receive financial and in-kind donations, through it and through the charitable organizations and institutions that joined the campaign.
The “Bridges of Good” campaign came as part of the major relief operation “The Gallant Knight 2” launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, to save lives and alleviate the injured for thousands of affected people and millions threatened by the repercussions of the disaster in both Syria and Turkey.
The Emirates Red Crescent Authority has identified 47 locations in various regions of the country to receive in-kind donations, represented in Abu Dhabi at the headquarters of the “Authority” center, opposite Carrefour, Airport Street, Marina Mall Caravan, opposite Baniyas Association – Shahama, Al Najda Street, next to Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Khalifa City Khalaf. Shops, Baniyas City, next to Lulu Hypermarket, Al Shawamekh, opposite Lulu Express. In Al Ain, samples will be received at the center’s headquarters in Al Ain, and the center’s warehouses in the city in the Al Markhaniya area. In Al Dhafra, in-kind aid can be received at each of the center’s headquarters, the Dhanna office, the Liwa city office, the commodity office, the Delma office and the port office. In Dubai, in-kind assistance is received at each of the Authority’s headquarters in Dubai, Al Garhoud, Umm Al Zumul, and the center’s warehouses in Al Quoz.
