Interestingly, all three first places were taken by representatives of the German automotive industry, which have not pleased consumers with their quality for a long time.
At the top of the anti-rating is the Volkswagen Taos, an SUV produced in 2022, which scored only 1 point out of 100 possible. This car breaks almost everything: the fuel system, transmission, engine and electronics.
The second position belongs to Volkswagen Tiguan – 3 points out of 100. Frequent breakdowns are the same as in the previous model: engine, transmission, electronics.
On the third line of the anti-rating – the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC – 4 points out of 100. The car has a problematic suspension, transmission and electronics.
The fourth place belongs to the 2022 Volvo XC60, the fifth place goes to the Ford Mustang Mach-E electric crossover, which has problematic on-board electronics and an electric motor.
Experts gave the sixth position to the KIA Sorento 2023 model year, which has problems with the hybrid power plant. Seventh on the list was a 2014 Buick Encore with unreliable electrical and engine cooling systems.
The eighth and ninth lines went to the 2014 Jeep Cherokee and 2013 Nissan Pathfinder, which have problems with transmissions and engines. Closes the rating Hyundai Tucson 2016. The car has serious and minor problems with the engine, transmission, drive systems and electronics.
TopSpeed experts named Lexus NX Hybrid and Lexus NX the most reliable cars with ratings of 99 out of 100 and 98 out of 100.
