The Meteorological Department expected the weather tomorrow, Monday, to be partly cloudy with a gradual decrease in temperatures, especially on the mountains and the interior, where it becomes below their seasonal rates for the month of April, and fog will form on the heights, and the weather will turn from noon to cloudy with active winds that intensify at night especially In the north of the country, it will approach 70 km / h, and the atmosphere will be ripe for scattered rain and the possibility of lightning and thunder, and snow falls at a height of 2000 meters and above.

The bulletin stated the following:

– General situation: Spring weather dominates the eastern basin of the Mediterranean until Monday morning, as it is gradually affected by a rapid, limited-effective air depression centered over Greece, so the weather turns to fluctuating with scattered light rains and a drop in temperatures below their average by 4 degrees.

(The average April temperature on the coast is between 15 and 24 degrees.)

Expected weather in Lebanon:

– Today: Partly cloudy to partly cloudy with no slight change in temperature on the coast, while it continues to rise, especially on the southern mountains and inland. Fog is forming on the heights.

Monday: Partly cloudy with a gradual decrease in temperatures, especially on the mountains and the interior, where they become below their seasonal rates for the month of April, and fog forms on the heights. The weather turns from noon to cloudy with active winds that intensify at night, especially in the north of the country. Scattered rain and the possibility of lightning and thunder, and snow falling at an altitude of 2000 meters and above.
