We will be irrelevant in Europe if we continue in the Spanish ‘exceptionalism’ with the exorbitant protagonism of the radicals of the left, of the right and of the separatists
The Federal Committee must be convened by the Federal Executive Commission at least 10 calendar days in advance. However, article 29.2 of the Federal Statutes contemplates that it can be convened on an extraordinary basis “when the Federal Executive Commission deems it convenient or when requested by at least one third of its members.”
That is, if the extraordinary meetings at the initiative of the Executive must be convened 5 calendar days in advance “unless the meeting is immediate due to the urgency of the matter.”
In this extraordinary meeting, the Federal Committee can only adopt resolutions on the matters provided for in the agenda for which it was convened.
