The Government of the Province launched a new edition of the Labor Insertion Program (PIL) to train 300 new professionals in the software industry.
In an act at the Civic Center, Governor Juan Schiaretti announced the scope of the initiative that will generate new jobs in the technology sector and where the province will invest 78 million pesos.
“Today we are a regional economy with new technologies in our province,” said the governor and added: “Human resources, the scientific-academic complex, entrepreneurship and the vocation of the State have allowed the establishment of 650 companies that employ 16 a thousand people”.
“This edition has 300 participants, but as I always say, if there are more applicants and new technology companies are willing to share with the State the training of more applicants, the State will be there and hopefully we will reach 500,” he anticipated. Schiaretti.
The program will be coordinated by the Ministries of Employment Promotion, Education, and Science and Technology and the Córdoba Technology Cluster.
Investment
The novelty of this edition is that training in English is included as mandatory for all participants and as an option for the 2022 cohort.
The program will have instances of theoretical-practical training with a total of at least 250 hours distributed in the first six months of the program. In addition, the labor practices will be 20 hours a week for 12 months, they pointed out from the Province.
In the event that the beneficiaries reside in towns with less than 60,000 inhabitants and do not have to move, the provincial government will finance 80 percent of the stimulus allocation during the first 6 months.

Timeline
From February 16 to next March 10, companies will have time to register. In the week of the 13th to the 16th of that month, a review, evaluation and allocation of quotas will be made.
From March 17 to April 21, the application of candidates will be open, which will be done via CiDi (Level 2)
