On Monday, the Katowice-Wschód District Court annulled the decision of the prosecutor’s office to discontinue the investigation into the hate comments regarding the Krakow judge Waldemar Żurek. The prosecutor’s office claims that it has identified the perpetrator and wanted to continue the case, but has not received court records.
